Applicability: All models.
Requirement: Action in accordance with BAe TNS 246 Issue 1. Compliance: Within seven days time in service after 7 December 1988. Background: Incorrectly manufactured pins have been found in service on DH 114 aircraft, one of which caused an in-flight assymetric flap condition. The same pins may have been fitted to DH 104 aircraft.
