SCHEDULE OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
For the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive (AD) AD/DHC-1/35 and issues the following AD under subregulation 39.1 (1) of CASR 1998. The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.

Engine Mounting Frame Joints 13/2003
Applicability: DHC-1 aircraft with Engine Mounting Frames Part Number C1.EM.1A L.H. and C1.EM.2A R.H. installed.
Requirement: Action in accordance with British Aerospace Technical News Sheet CT (C1) No. 190 Issue 2.
Note: UK CAA AD 003-08-94 refers.
Compliance: Within 90 days after 25 December 2003, unless the initial inspection has already been accomplished in accordance with British Aerospace Technical News Sheet CT (C1) No. 190 Issue 2. Thereafter inspect at intervals not to exceed 600 hours time in service.
This Amendment becomes effective on 25 December 2003.
Background: The manufacturer received reports of cracked engine mounting frames.
Amendment 1 is issued to update the Requirement document to the current issue.
