Applicability: All DHC-8 100 & 300 Series without modification 8/1970 incorporated.
Requirement: Action in accordance with de Havilland Inc Service Bulletin No A8-24-44 dated 23 October 1992, or later approved versions.
Note: Canadian Emergency AD CF-92-20 refers.
Compliance: Prior to 9 January 1993.
Background: This action is required because electrical DC feeder cables are loosening and corroding. The cause is attributed to the use of aluminium washers.
