AD/DIAMOND/3 Nose Wheel Leg 7/98 DM
Applicability: Model DV20 with serial numbers 20.005 through 20.160.
Requirement: Check the nose wheel leg weld for cracks using the fluorescent penetrant method, in accordance with Diamond Aircraft Industries Service Bulletin 20-32.
Note: Austrian AD No. 86 refers.
Compliance: Unless the initial inspection is already accomplished, within 20 hours time in service after 6 May 1998; thereafter at intervals not to exceed 100 hours time in service, until a version 'B' nose wheel leg is installed.
This airworthiness directive becomes effective on 6 May 1998.
