Requirement: To prevent loss of pressure in the evacuation slide inflation system, replace the Patten/Pan Avion inflation hoses P/Nos. 1500-1A on model LSR-174( ) and 1600-19 on LSR-174(2) with inflation hoses P/Nos. 1500-54 on model LSR-174( ) and 1600- 23 on model LSR-174(2) in accordance with Patten/Pan Avion SB 27-75. or FAA AD 75-16-23, Amendment 39-2295. Compliance: Within 500 hours time in service after 31 October 1975.
