Applicability: Aerazur life rafts with part numbers listed in Aerazur SB BS 332.60.002 and up to S/N 175 inclusive.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Aerazur SB BS 332.60.002.
Note: DGAC AD 90-128 AB refers.
Compliance: Unless already accomplished, at the next scheduled inspection for issue of Maintenance Release after 29 November 1990.
Background: Country of origin AD. Raft package vent pipes have been found bent and closed off. Failure of package venting may cause deployment of raft during flight at altitude.
