Note: RLD AD 92-076 dated 10 July 1992 refers. Compliance: Within 500 time in service from 15 October 1992 or before 1 January 1993, whichever occurs first. Background: Fokker advises that one operator recently experienced the detachment of a flap actuator noise filter capacitor, which subsequently caused damage to the lower aileron cable. This Directive requires the capacitors to be inspected and, if necessary, replaced to prevent similar occurrences.
