Rudder Pedal Adjustment Mechanism Stops 7/88
Applicability: All model F28 with S/Nos 11003 to 11224 inclusive, 11226, 11991 and 11992. Requirement: Action in accordance with Fokker SB F28/27-158 Revision 1. Note: RLD AD 85-78 refers.
Compliance: Prior to 1 September 1986.
Background: The possibility exists of insufficient rudder deflection when the rudder pedals are adjusted to the maximum forward position. This Directive requires the installation of stops in the adjustment mechanism. Amdt 1 reflects Revision 1 to the SB which removes S/Nos 11225, 11227 through 11231 from the Applicability listing.
