Requirement: Action in accordance with Fokker SB F50-57-004. Rev. 1. Note: RLD AD 89-017 Issue 2 refers. Compliance: Prior to 31 May 1989. Background: Deformation of the access panel increases the possibility of ice accretion and can cause heavy operation of the aileron during icing conditions. Amendment 1 references Revision 1 to the Requirement Document which lists additional aircraft affected, none of which are presently on the Australian Register.
