AD/GAF-N22/45 Revised Compliance Requirements for Embodiment of Nomad Service Bulletins NMD-27-9 and NMD-27-15

Applicability: All Nomad Model N22 and N22B landplanes not incorporating Modifications N211 and N63.
Requirement: 1. Nomad Alert Service Bulletin ANMD-27-25.
2. Upon receipt of this AD. the following placard with minimum 0.635 cm (1/4 inch) lettering shall be affixed in clear view of the pilot:-
"UNTIL INCORPORATION OF MOD N211 (SB NMD-27-9) AND MOD N63 (SB NMD-27-15), AFT CG LIMIT IS 35% MAC".
Compliance: 1. Within 100 hours time in service after receipt of Mod. Kits but not later than 30 June 1982.
2. Immediate upon receipt of this AD.
Background: Incidents have been reported on aircraft incorporating Mod. N439, where with severe turbulence and C.G. near the aft limit, control difficulties have been experienced. Incorporation of Mod. N211 alleviates this problem.
