Applicability: All model SA 341/342 helicopters with SAMM Main Servo Control SC-5041-A1 (704A44-831-042) installed.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Eurocopter SA 341/342 Mandatory SB No 05.31.
Note: DGAC AD 94-194-037(B) refers.
Compliance: As specified in the requirement document with a revised effective date of 14 October 1994.
