Applicability: All HS 125 aircraft specified in the Requirement Document. Requirement: IAW CAA (UK) mandatory BAe SB SB.33-45-25A027A&B Revision 2. Compliance: As specified in the Requirement Document with a revised compliance date of 31 September 1992 for Australian registered aircraft.
Background: This modification introduces power units with an integral circuit for system fault protection. The units will provide protection against faults which may cause overheating of components, wiring. Amendment 1 is issued to reflect a revision in the Requirement Document which renders the compliance with Mandatory Inspection SB.33-43 and requirement for repeat inspection in the Maintenance Schedule no longer necessary.
