Requirement: Inspect the area adjacent to the TKS de-icing pump for wire loom chafing damage according to the requirements of British Aerospace 125 S.B. 24-255. Note: CAA Airworthiness Directive 005-10-85 refers. Compliance: Before 31 March 1986. Background: An instance of wire loom chafing has occurred resulting in arcing and an electrical overheat.
