AD/HS 125/95 Main Landing Gear Door - Forward Hinge Fitting 11/88
Applicability: All BAe/DH/BH//HS 125 series aircraft post Mod 255640 which have main gear door forward hinge fittings P/N 25-WS3787 - * 25-WS3788 - * * all suffix number derivatives 25-6WS325 - * 25-6WS326 - * that have exceeded 6000 landings.
Requirement: Action in accordance with BAe125 SB 32-218.
Note: British CAA AD 008-06-88 refers.
Compliance: 1. For hinge fittings which have exceeded 6000 landings at 3 November 1988, carry out the X10 visual inspection as defined in Paragraph 2B of BAe SB 32-218 within 100 landings after 3 November 1988. Thereafter, reinspect at intervals not exceeding 300 landings till replaced. In any case replace not later than 30 June 1989.
2. For hinge fittings with more than 8000 landings at 3 November 1988, replace prior to 31 December 1988.
3. For hinge fittings found cracked replace before further flight.
