AD/HS 748/1 Landing Gear Selector Lever Assembly 12/94
Applicability: Model HS748 aircraft.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Jetstream Alert Service Bulletin HS748-A-32-95.
Note: UK CAA AD 007-07-94 refers.
Compliance: Unless already accomplished, within 250 landings after 10 November 1994, and thereafter at intervals not to exceed 1500 hours time in service.
Background: The UK CAA received reports of incidents where the landing gear selector lever cam detached from the shaft causing the landing gear extension/retraction to malfunction.
