Applicability: Models 269A and 269B.
Document: 1. Hughes SINs 2A-391, 2A-1, -06.1 or 2B-07.1 where applicable; or
2. Hughes SIN N-47.
Compliance: At intervals not exceeding 400 hours time in service after 9 December 1964.
