Applicability: Model 269A with S/Nos. 0011 to 1033.
Model 269A-1 S/Nos. 0001 to 0041. Model 269B with S/Nos. 0001 to 0398. Document: Hughes SIN N-37.2.
Compliance: 1. At or before 900 hours total time in service for bellcranks having less than 800 hours total time in service at 4 July 1969.
2. Within 100 hours time in service for bellcranks having 800 hours or more total time in service as at 4 July 1969. Bellcranks having over 900 hours total time in service are also subject to the inspection requirements of Step II Paras. a.1, 2 and 3 of Hughes SIN N-37.2 during the 100 hour compliance period.
