Applicability: All models with Linear clutch actuators P/N 269A4564 or DL 1020M82C (24V) or DL 1020M48 or DL 1020M81C (12V) NOTE: Helicopters fitted with the 269A4564- 5 (24V clutch actuators assembly are not affected.

Compliance: For Part II. At each daily inspection after 30 June 1977, until modified in accordance with Part I.
For Part III. Within 100 hours time in service after 30 June 1977 and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service, until modified in accordance with Part I.
Note: The inspection detailed in Part II of this requirement document shall be entered on the maintenance release as maintenance required. That inspection may be performed by the pilot in command, in which case certification is not required. In all other cases certification may be made on the maintenance release. That inspection may also be performed and certified by any Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
