Compliance: For helicopters fitted with transmission assemblies which have the Serial Numbers listed in the "Time of Compliance" section of the Requirement Document: Within 25 hours time in service after 1 June 1987. All other helicopters: Within 100 hours time in service after 1 June 1987. For spares: Before installation on a Helicopter after 1 June 1987. Background: The manufacturer has received reports of the output drive pinion shafts fracturing.
