McDonnell Douglas (Hughes) and Kawasaki 369 Series Helicopters
AD/HU 369/91 "Flight Trials" Hardpoints 8/96 DM
Applicability: Models 369D, 369E, 369F, 369FF, and 500N that have been modified using Flight Trials Helicopter Inc. hardpoint assemblies in accordance with either United States FAA:
1. Supplementary Type Certificate SH6080NM approved by this Authority, or
b. Form 337 "Major Repair and Alteration", prior to import into Australia. Requirement: Remove from service any Flight Trials Helicopter Inc. hardpoints not marked with: 1. a Part Number (P/N) FTH 105 LH Mod 1 for the port side and FTH 105 RH Mod 1 for the starboard side; and
b. a Serial Number (S/N).
Note 1. Access may be gained by removing the NAS 1351-3 cap screw that secures the hardpoint to the P/N 369H2521-1 and -2 jacking fittings, and slipping the hardpoint assembly out of the step mount.
Note 2. FAA AD 96-08-03 refers.
Compliance: Before further flight after 22 May 1996.
