Requirement: Action in accordance with Mandatory Service Bulletin No. 1124-71-091 Revision 2. Compliance: Prior to exceeding 100 hours time in service after 28 December 1989 or at the next scheduled inspection for issue of Maintenance Release after 28 December 1989, whichever occurs later, and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 300 hours time in service until replaced. Background: The manufacturer considers this Mandatory. At least one local incident of an H-11 steel forward engine mount bolt failure has occurred.
