Applicability: Jetstream Series 3100 Aircraft construction number 601 to 646, 648 to 655, 658 and 660.
Requirement: Inspect and/or modify subject aircraft in accordance with British Aerospace Service Bulletin, CAA (UK) Mandatory, 29-JM 7360 Revision 1.
Compliance: As specified in the Requirement Document but with a revised effectivity date of 18 April 1991 for Australian registered aircraft.
Background: Cases have been reported of difficulty in gaining access to the emergency hydraulic hand-pump following hydraulic systems failures.
