British Aerospace BAe 3100 (Jetstream) Series Aeroplanes
AD/JETSTREAM/75 Nose Gear Toggle Attachments 2/97
Applicability: All Jetstream Series 3100 and Jetstream 3200 Series aircraft.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Jetstream Aircraft Alert Service Bulletin 32-JA 960601.
Note: UK CAA AD 002-10-96 and AAPH SB 32-66 Revision 1 refer.
Compliance: Unless already accomplished, before 30 April 1997.
Background: The attachment brackets for the nose gear upper and lower toggles may be of reduced thickness. A reduced wall thickness affects the fatigue life of the nose landing gear assembly and a new fatigue limit may be required.
