Applicability: All JT8D-1, -1A, -1B, -7, -7A and -7B engines fitted with front compressor front hub P/N 504101 with S/Nos. listed in Table 1 of PWA Alert SB No. 4661 which have accumulated 6000 cycles or more in service.
