Requirement: 1. Install a placard adjacent to the auxiliary tank fuel transfer switches as follows: WARNING AUXILIARY TANK FUEL TRANSFER PROHIBITED UNLESS AUXILIARY TANK SUMPS ARE DRAINED FREE OF WATER AFTER EACH WATER OPERATION or 2. FAA AD 76-02-01, Amendment 39-2494. Compliance: Before 16 April 1976.
