AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE For the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/LEARJET 35/30.

Background: This Directive was based on United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) AD 95-19-04. The FAA AD was rescinded with effect 27 March 2000, following the shut down of the Omega navigation system.
