Requirement: Part 1 - Inspect the horizontal stabilizer forward attachment brackets as detailed in Rallye Service Bulletin No. 12/1. Part 2 - Replace the light alloy attachment brackets with steel brackets as detailed in Rallye Service Bulletin No. 12/1. Compliance: For Part 1 - at intervals not exceeding 25 hours time in service until incorporating of Part 2. For Part 2 - within 100 hours time in service after 13 April 1972.
