AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE For the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below issues the following Airworthiness Directive (AD) under subregulation 39.001(1) of CASR 1998. The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.
AMD Falcon 10 Series Aeroplanes AD/AMD 10/26 Wing Anti-Ice Hoses 10/2006
Applicability: Dassault Aviation Falcon 10 Aircraft. Requirement: 1. For aircraft fitted with wing anti-ice flexible hoses part number (P/N) FAL1005D which have been placarded prohibiting flight in icing conditions along with a Aeroplane Flight Manual (AFM) Limitation section revision as detailed in Requirement 1 of AD/AMD 10/25 Amendment 1:
a. Incorporate SB (SB) Fl0 - 313 revision 1.
b. Remove the prohibition placard and associated AFM Limitation section that was installed as detailed in AD/AMD 10/25 Amendment 1.
2. For aircraft fitted with wing anti-ice flexible hoses P/N FAL1005D, monitored every 10 flights during which the anti ice system has been activated as detailed in Requirement 2 of AD/AMD 10/25 Amendment 1:
Incorporate SB Fl0 - 313 revision 1.
3. For aircraft fitted with wing anti-ice flexible hoses P/N FAL1007 hoses:
Replace the hose at the interval detailed in the compliance section 3 of this AD.
Incorporation of SB F10-313 revision 1 is a terminating action for AD/AMD 10/25 Amendment 1.
