TARIFF CONCESSION ORDER
Under sub-section 269SH(5) of the Customs Act 1901, I, John Fenning, a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer substitute the decision made on the 29 July 2006 to revoke Tariff Concession Order Number 0509438 with a decision that the revocation request is refused under sub-section 269SC(5) of the Act. As a result, Tariff Concession Order Number 0509438 is restored and shall have effect from 15.07.05 and continue in force until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD of the Act, or the date, if any, specified in Column 2.
