1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Currency (Royal Australian Mint) Determination 2006 (No. 4).
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Definition
In this Determination: Act means the Currency Act 1965.
4 Specification of coin
For subsection 13A (1) of the Act, item 1 of Schedule 1 specifies, for a coin having the denomination and standard composition specified in the item: (a) the coin's standard weight, and the allowable variation from that weight; and (b) the coin's dimensions; and (c) the coin's design.
5 Application of Determination
The specification in Schedule 1 does not affect any other determination of the specification of a coin. Schedule 1 Specification of coin (section 4)
