I, IAN GORDON CAMPBELL, Minister for the Environment and Heritage, under section 269A of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby adopt as a recovery plan for the listed threatened species specified below, the respective plan made by the Victorian agency specified opposite those listed threatened species:
