I, KEVIN JAMES ANDREWS, Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, make this Notice under section 100 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

1 Name of Notice
This Notice is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility) Notice 2007 (1).
2 Commencement
This Notice commences on registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3 Declaration
For section 100 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (the Act), being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to the employees of each of the corporations referred to in Schedule 1, I declare that each of the corporations is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act.
Note Each corporation is carrying on business in competition with a Commonwealth authority or with another corporation that was previously a Commonwealth authority.
