1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the International Development Law Organization (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations 2007.
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.
3 Definitions
(1) In these Regulations: Act means the International Organisations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1963. IDLO means the International Development Law Organization. Memorandum of Understanding means the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Australia and the IDLO for the Establishment of the Asia Pacific Training Centre, done on 28 June 2005.
(2) An expression used in these Regulations and in the Memorandum of Understanding has the same meaning in these Regulations as it has in the Memorandum of Understanding.
