Instrument repealing and adopting Recovery Plans

I, MALCOLM BLIGH TURNBULL, Minister for the Environment and Water Resources:

1. Pursuant to subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby repeal: (a) the Thick-billed Grasswren (Western Subspecies) (Amytornis textilis textilis) Interim Recovery Plan 2000‑2002 that was adopted under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 on 13 October 2003; and (b) the Conservation Research Statement and Species Recovery Plan for (Persoonia nutans) R. Br. 1996 under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 on 5 October 2001; and

2. Under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby adopt as recovery plans for the listed threatened species specified below, the respective plans made by the State of New South Wales, the Northern Territory and Queensland (or agencies of those State/Territory) specified opposite those listed threatened species:
