1 Name of Notice
This Notice is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility) Notice 2007 (2).
2 Commencement
This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3 Declaration
For section 100 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (the Act), being satisfied that:
(a) Medibank Private Limited (ABN47 080 259) ('the corporation') is, but is about to cease to be, a Commonwealth authority; and
(b) it would be desirable for the Act to apply to the employees of the corporation,
I declare that the corporation is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act.
