Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 Section 209 – Listed Migratory Species
Approval of an international agreement
I, MALCOLM BLIGH TURNBULL, Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, pursuant to subsection 209(4) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (the Act), approve the following agreement as an international agreement for the purposes of subsection 209(3) of the Act:
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Korea and the Government of Australia on the Protection of Migratory Birds, commonly known as the Republic of Korea – Australia Migratory Bird Agreement (ROKAMBA).
This instrument will commence on the day after the date on which it was registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
