TARIFF CONCESSION REVOCATION ORDER
Under Section 269SD(2) of the Customs Act 1901, I Robert Crawford a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer (a) revoke Tariff Concession Order Number 9601821 made on 29.02.96, in respect of the goods described in TABLE A below. This Revocation has effect from 01.01.07 and (b) make in its place the Tariff Concession Orders described in TABLE B. The goods specified in Column 1 of TABLE B are goods to which the item in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 specified in Column 2 of TABLE B applies. The Order shall have effect from the date notified in paragraph (a) above as the date of effect for the Revocation.

8528.12.00 MICROWAVE LINK EQUIPMENT, but NOT including ANY of the following: 50 (a) antennae or parts therefor, OTHER THAN circularly polarised 31.12.06 antennae capable of operating within one or more of the following frequency bands: (i) 2.4 GHz to 2.7 GHz (both inclusive); (ii) 7.1 GHz to 7.5 GHz (both inclusive); (iii) 11.70 GHz to 13.25 GHz (both inclusive); (b) microwave radio link equipment operating below 3.05 GHz at less than 34 megabits/s in the case of digital radio links or having less than 120 channels in the case of analogue radio equipment; (c) microwave link equipment operating within the range 7.160 GHz to 7.370 GHz OR 10.5 GHz to 10.68 GHz OR 14.5 GHZ to 15.35 GHz and capable of carrying ANY of the following EITHER singly or in combination: (i) video; (ii) audio; (iii) data at up to 8 megabits/s; (d) outside broadcast microwave video (television) link equipment operating in ANY of the following frequency ranges: (i) 7.100 GHz to 7.425 GHz (both inclusive); (ii) 7.725 GHz to 8.400 GHz (both inclusive); (iii) 12.750 GHz to 13.250 GHz (both inclusive) for the purposes of TC9320529 antennae that are integral parts of transmitters or receivers at the time of importation are NOT excluded by condition (a)
