Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Contribution Declaration No. 3
I, RALPH WILLIS, Minister for Finance, make the following Declaration under section 110D of the Superannuation Act 1976.

Citation
1. This Declaration may be cited as the Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Contribution Declaration No. 3.
[NOTE: This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss. 46a and 48.]
Productivity contributions
2. In relation to the period commencing on 1 July 1993, the Table in subsection 110C (1) of the Superannuation Act 1976 is to have effect as if the amounts specified in the following Schedule were substituted for the amounts specified in the Table:

Fortnightly rate of salary Fortnightly productivity contribution
Less than $ 933.33 $28.00
$933.33 or more but less than $1,503.33 The amount that is 3% of the employee's fortnightly rate of salary
$1,503.33 or more but less than $2,255 $45.10
$2,255 or more The amount that is 2% of the employee's fortnightly rate of salary
