Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Contribution Declaration No. 4
I, KIM CHRISTIAN BEAZLEY, Minister for Finance, make the following Declaration under section 110D of the Superannuation Act 1976.

Citation 1. This Declaration may be cited as the Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Contribution Declaration No. 4 Declaration.
[NOTE: This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss. 46A and 48.]
Productivity contributions 2. In relation to the period commencing on 1 July 1994 and ending at the end of 30 June 1995, the Table in subsection 110C (1) of the Superannuation Act 1976 is to have effect as if the amounts specified in the Schedule to this Declaration were substituted for the amounts specified in that Table.
