I, SANDRA KAY WILSON, Assistant Secretary of the Commonwealth Superannuation Group, Department of Finance and Administration, a delegate of the Minister for Finance and Administration, hereby make the following Declaration under section 110D of the Superannuation Act 1976.

This Declaration may be cited as the Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Contribution (1999–2000) Declaration.
Note This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss. 46A and 48.
2 Productivity contributions
In relation to the financial year commencing on 1 July 1999, the Table in subsection 110C (1) of the Superannuation Act 1976 is to have effect as if the amounts specified in the following Table were substituted for the amounts specified in that Table.
TABLE Fortnightly rate of salary Fortnightly productivity contribution Less than $1,105.33 $33.16 $1,105.33 or more, but less than $1,782.00 The amount that is 3% of the employee's fortnightly rate of salary $1,782.00 or more, but less than $2,673.00 $53.46 $2,673.00 or more The amount that is 2% of the employee's fortnightly rate of salary
