DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 134 OF THE SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976
I, Peter Alexander Walsh, Minister for State for Finance, do hereby declare, pursuant to section 134 of the Superannuation Act 1976 (the Act) that:
(a) the superannuation scheme specified in the Schedule to this Declaration is an eligible superannuation scheme for the purposes of Division 3 of Part IX of the Act; and
(b) specify the first day of July one thousand nine hundred and eighty-eight, as the day on which this declaration is to be deemed to have come into force.
THE SCHEDULE
The superannuation scheme administered by the Commissioner for Superannuation appointed under the Superannuation Act 1986 as amended of the Northern Territory of Australia.
