STEPHEN the Commonwealth of Governor General Australia I, SIR NINIAN MARTIN STEPHEN, the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and in pursuance of sub-section 6 (3) of the World Heritage Properties Conservation Act 1983, being satisfied that parts of the property described in the Schedule are being damaged and are likely to be destroyed or further damaged, hereby declare the property described in the Schedule to be property to which section 9 of that Act applies. ­­­­___________ SCHEDULE All those areas that were, on 13 November 1981, State reserves under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 of the State of Tasmania and known at that date as the Franklin-Lower Gordon Wild Rivers National Park.
