Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 Section 269A
Instrument Revoking and Adopting Recovery Plans
I, PETER ROBERT GARRETT, Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts hereby:
(a) adopt, under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, the following recovery plans for the listed threatened species specified below:
New South Wales Recovery Plans (2) Listed Threatened Species Recovery Plan Ingram's Zieria Zieria ingramii Department of Environment and Conservation (NSW) 2007, Zieria ingramii Approved Recovery Plan, Department of Environment and Conservation (NSW), Sydney.
Zieria obcordata Department of Environment and Conservation (NSW) 2007, Zieria obcordata Approved Recovery Plan, Department of Environment and Conservation (NSW), Sydney. Pursuant to Subsection 269A(7) of the EPBC Act, the approved New South Wales recovery plans listed above are adopted with modifications as highlighted in an addendum to each recovery plan.
