Currency (Royal Australian Mint) Determination 2008 (No. 10)1 Currency Act 1965
I, NICK SHERRY, Minister for Superannuation and Corporate Law, make this Determination under subsection 13A (1) of the Currency Act 1965.

1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Currency (Royal Australian Mint) Determination 2008 (No. 10).
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Specification of coins
For subsection 13A (1) of the Currency Act 1965, each item in Schedule 1 specifies: (a) the denomination of a coin; and (b) the coin's: (i) standard composition; and (ii) standard weight and the allowable variation from that weight; and (iii) dimensions; and (iv) design.
4 Application
The specifications in Schedule 1 do not affect any other determination of the specifications of a coin. Schedule 1 Specification of coins (section 3)

WEIGHT OF 22 CARATS' located above the punch marks '5' and '14', indicating the weight of the ingot after it is converted to the standard of 22 carats; and (b) the inscription '1852 ADELAIDE ASSAY OFFICE GOLD INGOT'; and (c) a border composed of 3 intersecting lines, partly surrounding the replica of the ingot; and (d) a die number.
