NOTICE OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

VET Provider Approval No 13 of 2009

Approval pursuant to clause 6 of Schedule 1A and notice of approval pursuant to paragraph 11 (1)(b) of Schedule 1A of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA).

I, Craig Robertson, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of clauses 6 and 11 of Schedule 1A of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA) have approved TAFE Commission as a VET provider and:

(a) note that the application of TAFE Commission for approval as a VET provider has been decided as required by clause 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A of HESA; and (b) pursuant to clause 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A of HESA, hereby give written notice of my approval to the applicant. In accordance with clause 12(2)(a) of Schedule 1A of HESA this notice of approval takes effect on the day immediately after the last day on which a House of the Parliament could have passed a resolution disallowing it.
