Revocation of original notice of approval pursuant to paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA) and substitution of new notice of approval pursuant to paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A of HESA
I, NEIL MCAUSLAN a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of paragraph 11(1) of Schedule 1A of HESA: (a) note that: (i) NEIL MCAUSLAN, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of clause 6 and subclause 11(1) of Schedule 1A of HESA approved The Board of the Chisholm Institute of Technical and Further Education as a VET provider on 18 June 2009; (ii) consequently the application of The Board of the Chisholm Institute of Technical and Further Education for approval as a VET provider has been decided as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A of HESA; and (iii) pursuant to paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A of HESA, a written notice to the applicant of that approval ("Original Notice") was registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 22 June 2009 (Register Number F2009L02458); (b) hereby revoke the Original Notice; and (c) pursuant to paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A of HESA, in substitution for the Original Notice, hereby give written notice of the approval to the applicant.
