AD/BAe 146/141 - State of Design Airworthiness Directives (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE For the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below issues the following Airworthiness Directive (AD) under subregulation 39.001(1) of CASR 1998. The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.

British Aerospace BAe 146 Series Aeroplanes AD/BAe 146/141 State of Design Airworthiness Directives 18/2010

Applicability: British Aerospace BAe 146 and Avro 146-RJ aircraft - all series. Requirement: 1. Determine the applicability of the UK CAA Airworthiness Directives (AD) listed in Table 1.

2. If it is determined that a UK CAA AD listed in Table 1 is applicable and has not been previously accomplished, perform the actions required by that AD or later EASA-approved revision.

Service Bulletins approved by EASA as Alternative Methods of Compliance (AMOC) to the ADs listed in Table 1 are considered acceptable for compliance with the equivalent requirements of this Airworthiness Directive.
