Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979
I, ROBERT BRUCE MCCLELLAND, Attorney-General, acting under section 6N of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 declare that persons employed or seconded to the:
* Tasmania Police Telecommunications Interception Services, and
* South Australia Police Telecommunications Interception Section and Anti-Corruption Branch
occupy positions corresponding to those of Australian Federal Police employees who are not members of the Australian Federal Police.
