I, Penelope Ying Yen Wong, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, make this Approval under subsection 3(1) of the Superannuation Act 1976.

1 Name of Approval
This Approval is the Superannuation (CSS) Temporary Employee Approval 2011 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This Approval commences immediately after the commencement of Part 3 of the Australian Civilian Corps Act 2011.
3 Temporary employees
A person who is engaged, otherwise than in a permanent capacity, as an Australian Civilian Corps employee for employment outside Australia only, for employment on a full-time basis is included in a class of persons for the purposes of the definition of "temporary employee" in section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1976 if the person was an eligible employee immediately before becoming so employed.
