VET Provider Approval No 16 of 2011
Approval under clause 6, decision under paragraph 11(1)(a), and notice of approval under paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
I, Neil McAuslan, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Jobs and Workplace Relations for the purposes of clauses 6 and 11 of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA): (a) approve the application of Flight Training Adelaide Pty Ltd ABN: 11 112 398 660 ACN: 112 398 660 as a VET provider in accordance with clause 6 of Schedule 1A to HESA; and (b) note that this approval decides the application of Flight Training Adelaide Pty Ltd as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A to HESA; and (c) hereby give Flight Training Adelaide Pty Ltd written notice of my approval as required by paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to HESA.
